This delightful and traditional terraced cottage certainly lives up to its name and can be found tucked away from the main thoroughfare of Windermere; far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to stroll to all attractions when it suits. Recent pedestrianisation of Windermere has created a new layout for the town, the paved and cobbled walkways lined with interesting galleries, gift shops and tea rooms. A number of restaurants are within a level walk of the cottage as well as a number of good, local pubs.
