Ferndene Cottage is a stone-built, terraced cottage in the heart of the rural village of Scotton just two miles from Knaresborough and three miles from Harrogate in North Yorkshire. The cottage has two bedrooms (one double and one single - suitable for a child up to 12 years old) and a family bathroom, which make it suitable for three people. Also in the cottage are a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside the cottage there is a rear garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
