Quality apartment with wonderful sea views and easy access to the swimming pool, ideal for couples and small families.

Approached by country lanes, Clifton Court overlooks the glorious beach at Putsborough, two miles from Croyde and three miles from Woolacombe. Both villages have a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartments in Clifton Court are arranged on four levels, access is on level three and all are approached by a variable number of steps depending on the location, detailed information is available on request. There are designated parking spaces for each apartment together with limited additional guest parking. All of the apartments have individual views over two miles of sandy beach and rock pools beneath the cliffs of Baggy Point. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach and guests have full use of the indoor heated swimming pool. Putsborough Beach is sheltered by cliffs and ideal for swimming and surfing. During the main season a beach shop and cafe provides refreshments.

Recipient of a three star Gold Award this is a very comfortable light and airy apartment enjoying wonderful views of the Bay and sand dunes and out to sea towards Morte Point. The apartment is entered through its own lobby and hallway, and the attractively decorated living room is open plan with an archway to the dining area and well equipped kitchen. Patio doors provide access to the balcony, with table and chairs, where you relax enjoying a meal or just sit and take in the wonderful views out to sea and along the beach to Woolacombe. There is one comfortable bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room is provided for two additional guests, all served by a modern bathroom. Situated at the end of the building and without an apartment directly above, it has easy access to the indoor heated swimming pool. With the owner's additional homely touches, a warm welcome is ensured in this popular location.

Accommodation: Few steps into Level 3 Porch. Open plan living room with a suite comprising 2 armchairs and a sofa bed, TV with Freeview and DVD player. An assortment of books and games. Dining/kitchen area with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and radio. A tumble dryer is available in the Clifton Court utility area for a small charge. Bedroom with Double. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, heated towel rail, WC and basin.
