High House sits quietly at the top of the small Upper Wensleydale village of Sedbusk in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The attractive courtyard with seating to the front of the house is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquillity of the area. With a double, a twin and a small bedroom to the rear suitable for a child, the cottage is the ideal place for two couples sharing or for a family. There is oil fired central heating and a woodburner in the lounge provides extra warmth during chilly evenings. A porch to the front acts as a perfect boot room for walking gear. Walks for any ability may be found direct from the doorstep, and the cottage provided the ideal base for a walking holiday with the Pennine Way passing through nearby Hawes.
