Lilac Cottage Ready Token, is situated in a quiet and very beautiful part of the Cotswolds close to the scenic Coln Valley. Half a mile from the cottage there is a delightful walk into the heart of the village of Bibury where the famous Arlington Row belonging to the National Trust can be found. Lilac is a spacious, south facing enjoying fine views over open countryside.The cottage has a large, enclosed garden mainly laid to lawn with trees, shrubs and garden furniture. The cottage has ample parking.ACCOMMODATION:Dining / Kitchen with newly fitted cupboards, dining table with chairs and window seat, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Sitting Room with wood burning stove, comfortable sofa and armchairs, colour TV and DVD player. Utility Room with washing machine.Cloakroom WC and washbasin Rear hall with door to garden, hanging for coats and space for boots.Upstairs: Bedroom One, double bedroom with 5ft bed, a large room suitable for extra folding bed or cot. Walk-in fitted cupboard. Bedroom Two, single bedroom with walk-in fitted cupboard with light and mirror. Bathroom with bath, and power shower over bath, WC & wash basin and heated towel rail.Night storage heating & electric radiators throughout. Barbecue. Garden furniture.
