An ideal touring base for the entire region, being a short distance from the North Devon Link Road - the fine sandy beach at Instow is therefore easily accessible via a short scenic drive or enjoyable level walk or cycle on the Tarka Trail. The town centre amenities of Barnstaple including indoor swimming pool, theatre, cinema and wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants are also within a mile, with the wide sandy beaches around Saunton and the foothills of Exmoor being just a 10 mile drive beyond.
