Description

Decorated and furnished to a very high standard, Tewynn provides luxurious and spacious living separated over two floors along with an attractive outside space with garden seating and hot tub. Tewynn forms part of three architecturally designed properties with outstanding eco credentials and offers luxurious inverted accommodation suitable for both families and group gatherings.

Tewynn is accessed via an enclosed front garden and the spacious entrance hallway with wooden flooring leads to 4 bedrooms all located on the ground floor each with French windows. To one side of the hallway there are two bedrooms, both with standard twin sized beds. On the other side of the hallway there are two bedrooms, one king-size bedroom (5ft) with en-suite shower room and WC and one standard double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. A separate bathroom on the ground floor offers a bath with handheld shower and WC.

The central carpeted staircase leads to the spacious first floor where the open plan style living offers a lounge with ample seating, wood-burning stove. The dining area looks out across the valley beyond and also provides French windows onto the sheltered balcony with outdoor seating. Adjacent to the dining area is a well equipped kitchen with range cooker, providing all the necessary equipment to cater for large families or groups.

One further bedroom is located down a corridor leading from the lounge and offers a spacious kingsize bed (5ft) with en-suite shower room and WC.

To the front of the property, the private garden is fenced to provide as much privacy as possible. The hot tub and garden seating make this area perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. There is one designated parking space adjacent to the property and ample additional parking on site.
