The Little Barn studio is situated down a quiet, winding country lane and makes the perfect getaway for those seeking a tranquil base from which to explore the surrounding countryside. The town of Uckfield is only 3 miles away and Ashdown Forest, Glyndebourne, the North Downs and newly created South Downs National Park are within easy driving distance. The Little Barn can also offer badger watching as there is a sett at the bottom of the paddock more in the adjoining fields. Shop: 2.7 miles Pub: 1.7 miles Coast: 22.5 miles ==

Shower Room with shower, heated towel rail, washbasin, shaver point and w.c.

Garden: Patio area to the front and a portion of the owners' garden is reserved for the use of guests with garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking: Off-road on the drive beside the owner's property.
Heating: Electric radiators.
Notes: A security deposit of £50 is payable on arrival at the property. 2 adults only.
