Wroxham and Hoveton are at the very heart of Broadland, and excellent locations for fishing, sailing and bird watching. The River Bure divides the two villages, commonly called Wroxham. It is home to the Bure Valley Railway, Wroxham Barns, Bewilderwood, a fabulous children's activity park, and Roys, 'the biggest village store in the world'. Both day boat hire and sailing tuition are available locally. Just seven miles from Norwich, with the sandy beaches of Sea Palling and Winterton, both on the East Coast, within a twenty minute drive.

Viliers Villa is a well presented and completely refurbished late 60s chalet bungalow. Situated in a quiet residential close on the edge of the village, all the local amenities are within easy walking distance.
