This charming character barn conversion is in an idyllic rural location surrounded by 16 acres of stunning countryside, rolling pastures, woodland, natural ponds and wildlife-rich grasslands for you to explore at your leisure. You could also stroll for just over a mile to the friendly village of Woolfard is worthy or Woolsey as it is known locally. This "village with two names" boasts a beautiful medieval church tower, traditional thatched Devon pub, shops and post office and hosts the popular Woolsery Show, held each year in July. Willow Cottage is one of a group of similar properties within Clifford Farm, nestling in a quiet corner and attached on two sides. The open plan living room with kitchen and dining area boasts character features of exposed stone walls and wooden beams and is made cosy by an electric wood burning effect stove. There are plenty of family attractions nearby such as The Big Sheep and Milky Way and the wide golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is only a short drive away. Bathroom with bath and hand held shower attachment over bath, WC and basin.
