Nestling in a quiet cul-de-sac Withyside is just a short stroll from the village centre and fabulous sandy beach. This detached modern home offers spacious family accommodation and is extremely comfortable throughout, offering all the facilities you could expect to find. The stylish living/dining room has comfy sofas surrounding the fireplace and patio doors leading onto the patio. The south facing lawned garden is perfect for leisurely barbecues, breakfast al fresco or just relaxing in the sun, and being enclosed makes it ideal for children. A door from the garden leads through to a utility room, well equipped modern kitchen and useful cloakroom. Upstairs all four bedrooms are of a good size and attractively presented with excellent co-ordinating linen. The master double bedroom enjoys an ensuite shower room and three others share the modern family bathroom. Guests are welcome to use the garage for storage of surf boards or bicycles and there is ample space for parking.
